Introduction

Si soudainement une portière de voiture ne se ferme plus, cela peut être dû à un blocage du loquet de la portière. Il arrive qu'un loquet se bloque si quelqu'un l'a accidentellement mis en position verrouillée alors que la portière était ouverte. Sur de nombreuses voitures récentes, il suffit de tirer sur la poignée intérieure ou extérieure de la porte pour réinitialiser le loquet, mais dans les cas où cela ne suffit pas, ce guide décrit comment réinitialiser manuellement le loquet.

    • Sur la porte de la voiture qui ne se ferme pas, examinez le loquet de la porte situé près de la poignée sur le côté de la porte.

    • Le loquet de la porte de la voiture sera verrouillé en position fermée.

    • Placez un tournevis entre les montants du loquet de la porte verrouillée.

    • Vous pouvez utiliser un tournevis de n'importe quelle taille qui s'insère entre le loquet.

    • Tirez la poignée extérieure de la porte de la voiture.

    • Tout en tirant sur la poignée de porte extérieure, pousser le tournevis contre la patte gauche de la serrure.

    Bizarre mais de mon côté, le problème est inversé ; mon loquet reste en position déverrouillé et quand je ferme la portière, il ne redescends plus afin de garder la porte fermée! :/

    J’ai tenté un peu le même processus ici mais .. sans succès .!

Was washing me uncle’s car when i just decided to fiddle with the inside lock with the key, who knew it'd make me spend 30 minutes out in the finger nibbling cold trying to use the same key to unfiddle what i just fiddled. Just happened to open google to pull an exterior wachama-call-it and then refiddle that key.

hi....use a metal nail file if you have one or something similar ( or the tip of a key.... the manual lock type) if possible....i know not ideal but it's better than nothing if you're stuck somewhere

But what if it does it every time?? What’s the part called? Can someone change it themselves or does it have to go to a shop. I can change a clutch, brakes, spark plugs all the filters and I can read and follow directions. Plus Kia has this awesome online manual year make model specific unlike rhe old books so I’m thinking I got this and if not dukes of hazard style here we come. Probably break a leg trying to jump out the window of my sorento though.
