Introduction

Replace faulty sticks of RAM

    • Lift the latch at the back of the computer

    • Lift the side panel

    • Press both latches to unlock the bracket and then pull it towards you

    • Press where you see the circles

    • You shouldn't need to apply much force.

    • Push the RAM tabs down to release the RAM

    • When reinstalling the RAM it will take some force to install it properly!

    • Repeat this step for each stick of RAM you want to replace.
